Essential for rebuilding a Nissan Skyline transmission, this shift sleeve ensures quick and reliable shifting by replacing worn and damaged factory units. We strongly recommend using this sleeve in conjunction with our gear set package for high-speed shifting. The slightly larger synchro cone for reverse helps control the 5th gear, allowing for easier engagement without crunching and providing more RPM headroom.
This sleeve is only compatible with the matching synchro, reverse gear, and three shift inserts found in 1997 and later transmissions. We do not sell reverse gear parts, so these must be sourced from a parts supplier. If you wish to upgrade a pre-1997 transmission, these additional components can be obtained from Nissan.
