6-Bolt 4G63 DSM H-Beam Series Connecting Rods - Single by Manley Performance
Manley steel H-Beam connecting rods are constructed from forged 4340 steel alloy. They are packed with performance features such as a compact, uniform grain structure for ultimate strength, full machining, stress-relieving, and magnafluxing.
Wrist pin and big end bores are honed to a tolerance of +/-.0002 inches, and bronze alloy bushings are used for the wrist pins. These units include cap screw ARP 8740 alloy rod bolts, and each rod set is weight-matched to within 2 grams. Available individually or as a set; please order the model recommended for your vehicle's year, make, and engine application.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate of shipping costs is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check delivery times in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road use only," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the packaging or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
