Derived from the powerful XL80, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven brightness to a wider range of bikes. The included dimmer allows for fine-tuned brightness adjustments across a full variable range from 95% to 20%.
Designed for off-road bikes with low-output stock stators, the XL40 features a low 43.5W power draw, making it the perfect upgrade for riders who previously lacked high-performance premium options that fit their machines. Combined with our proprietary XL trail lens, it achieves balanced vertical and horizontal light distribution for superior close-range and peripheral visibility. This trail lens diffuses the strong center hotspot, improving visibility on elevation changes, vertical shifts, and tight corners. The result is a smooth, uniform light pattern that allows you to ride confidently through even the most demanding terrain.
This kit replaces your stock headlight unit and includes a dimmer switch and a Motominded mount for easy installation.

If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email individually.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the estimated delivery time before ordering. All products are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and any installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
