○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on circuits, private land, or off-road, and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to packaging boxes or products. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for defective items, items damaged during shipping, or items different from your order if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
