38mm Intake Valve by Brian Crower
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, ensuring accuracy and tolerances within 0.02mm. Every BC camshaft profile is prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being released for production. Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass cost savings on to the end user by grinding in volume. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked on a high-speed measurement gauge with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measurement system uses individual measurement heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, taking one data point every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—at 0.01-micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift error and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
