〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on a Japanese market vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our home page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product information has been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping cost estimates are calculated automatically on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Our products are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for these matters.
