Over the following years, the company grew from what was literally a backyard garage workshop into a highly diversified manufacturer with seven entities in Southern California, totaling over 200,000 square feet. These include forging, heat treating, machining, quality control finishing, and packaging/warehousing facilities in Santa Paula and Ventura, California.

At Shafto-ya, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the item can be installed on a Japanese market vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you order without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee a direct, bolt-on fit for Japanese market models.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, and off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters must be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not facilitate support through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
