If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may be rare instances where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be cases where packaging or products sustain delivery damage. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
