Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Rear Ends (Set 8519 / 21x25 Tooth Count)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears precision-machined from SAE8620 alloy steel and heat-treated for high strength, designed to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets is available, allowing you to adjust and tune your final drive ratio to suit circuit layouts, tire diameters, and more.
With a quick-change, you can set two types of gear ratios (High / Low) by swapping the upper and lower gears of the same set, as shown in the photo below.
The final drive ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gears in your quick-change unit, so please verify in advance whether your differential corresponds to a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on our side, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm before ordering whether the part can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM). (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee a direct fit for Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically at checkout when you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with delivery damage, defective items, or items different from what was ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will provide warranty-related support "only through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
