Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Differential (Set 13 / 20×25 Tooth Count)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears built to withstand high output and high torque, manufactured using SAE8620 alloy steel, precision machined, and heat-treated for superior strength.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust and set the final gear ratio to match your circuit layout, tire diameter, and more.
With a quick-change setup, you can achieve two different gear ratios (High / Low) by swapping the upper and lower gears of the same set, as shown in the photo below.
The final gear ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gears in your quick-change differential unit. Please verify in advance whether your differential has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-ya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American (USDM) vehicles, so please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the model year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, we only provide support regarding warranties "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
