Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Differential (Set 07 / 23×26 Tooth Count)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality components manufactured from SAE8620 alloy steel. They are precision-machined and undergo high-strength heat treatment to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets is available, allowing you to adjust and tune the final drive ratio to suit circuit layouts, tire diameters, and other factors.
With a quick-change differential, you can achieve two different gear ratios (High/Low) using a single gear set by swapping the positions of the upper and lower gears as shown in the photo below.
The final drive ratio depends on the initial settings of the ring and pinion gears inside the quick-change differential unit; please confirm in advance whether your differential has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set).

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether parts can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct bolt-on fit for Japanese market models.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery time. All items are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Road Legal Compliance (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Road Legal Standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private land use, and off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances where the packaging or product sustains damage during transit. For products with transit damage, defects, or incorrect items, we will provide returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
