Skunk2 is proud to announce a new line of composite intake manifolds and fuel rails. Skunk2's new composite components are made from a carbon-reinforced aerospace-grade thermal polymer composite, utilizing a proprietary casting process that is 33% lighter and 60% stronger than aluminum, while operating up to 100°F cooler. Keeping air and fuel at lower temperatures results in significant gains in horsepower and torque. This composite material is also chemically resistant to all types of fuel, including alcohol.



Skunk2's new state-of-the-art composite fuel rail is made using our proprietary carbon-impregnated aerospace-grade thermal polymer composite. This material insulates the fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer under the hood. Keeping the fuel cooler increases horsepower and torque. Real-world testing has confirmed power gains of up to 3%. The Skunk2 composite fuel rail features a large 0.625-inch internal bore with radius inlets to the injectors, resulting in improved flow characteristics. This type of radius injector inlet design is not possible with extruded and drilled aluminum fuel rails, which have sharp internal edges where the main bore meets the injector bore. Skunk2 fuel rails can be used with factory fuel lines and fuel regulators.

    Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

    Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.

    ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
    The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

    ○ Regarding Warranty
    Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for defective products or products different from your order if contacted within 7 days of receipt.
