〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Verification of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese market models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a rush, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
