Perrin Performance Subaru STI Short Shifter Adapter
The easy-to-install shifter adapter makes your shifts solid and positive. The PERRIN Shifter allows you to reduce shifter throw by 0% to 50%, shortening the distance the shift lever needs to move to engage the next gear. Simply loosen the set screw, adjust the adapter, and tighten the set screw back down. It is that easy.
The PERRIN Shifter adapter is machined from a single piece of 303 stainless steel for a lifetime of corrosion-free performance. You will never see rust on a PERRIN Shifter adapter. PERRIN bushings virtually eliminate the sloppy feel during quick gear changes, giving the driver a precise feel when shifting, especially in the critical 2nd and 3rd gear shifts. PERRIN shifter bushings are rigid polyurethane bushings that easily replace the OEM rubber shifter bushings using simple hand tools.
The PERRIN Shift adapter is easy to install because there is no need to remove the STI reverse lockout mechanism. Simply add the adapter to the bottom of the shifter and get back on the road with the shortest installation time of any 6-speed shifter.

〇Confirmation of Compatibility
As our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Furthermore, please be aware that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Additionally, regarding products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
