The 71-inch GTC-500 carbon fiber adjustable wing is the largest wing available in the APR catalog. Featuring an optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is ideal for high-speed touring applications, providing a substantial amount of downforce without causing excessive drag. All GTC series wings feature airfoils that are aerodynamically designed in 3D for an optimal balance of downforce. This design allows for maintaining an ideal level of downforce while reducing air resistance. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed on this wing to support the verification of its aerodynamic design.
Each airfoil in the GTC series is constructed from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils include pre-preg carbon fiber weave sheets for superior strength and weight reduction. All CFRP airfoils are manufactured using pre-preg composite manufacturing processes (such as high-temperature autoclaving and vacuum bagging) in high-quality billet aluminum molds.
Supporting the wing are 10mm "aircraft-grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat finish.
Note: Mounting bases are located on the edge of the trunk lid.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7-14 days, so please order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air. Shipping by sea is not available.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements.
