EJ20 / EJ25 - Pro Series Turbo Tuff "I" Beam Steel Connecting Rods
Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined to the highest standards at the Manley Lakewood, New Jersey facility. Our signature "Turbo Tuff" design combines weight and rugged strength suitable for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot-peened after machining and magnafluxed. The bores are round and without taper. Bending and twisting are strictly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery in Japan, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar items for the Japanese Shaken system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with delivery damage, defects, or items that differ from your order. Additionally, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
