Manley titanium valves feature a forged one-piece construction with grain flow, rather than having the head welded to the stem. These jewel-like valves are machined to tight tolerances on state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders. Manley uses the finest titanium alloys for both intake and exhaust, providing the optimal balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the specified temperatures.
All Manley titanium valves must pass a rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control ensures parts are delivered within tight tolerances. Custom valves can be delivered within a very reasonable lead time. Seat coatings are also available for specific shelf stock part numbers and custom valves.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to packaging boxes or products during delivery. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with delivery damage, defective products, or incorrect items. Additionally, for products sold through us, please note that we will only handle warranty-related matters "directly through us." We do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
