80mm Domestic to RBC Adapter Plate with Hardware by K-Tuned
These are the same plates that come included with K-Tuned's popular 80mm throttle bodies for mounting to an RBC manifold. We are now offering them separately for those who wish to use a domestic-style throttle body or other options.
By using a special set of billet adapters, K-Tuned has made it possible to port the TB opening and the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) section on either an RBC or similar manifold. This porting increases the size of the intake manifold opening, allowing the 80mm TB to breathe fully through the non-circular hole.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box and the product itself may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
