At Shaftoya, we cover the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with your Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
We cannot accept returns for incompatibility if orders are placed without prior verification.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit a Japanese-market vehicle without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a rush, please inquire about estimated delivery times in advance. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not designed to comply with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are entirely at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we cannot provide support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
