○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for use with Japanese inspections. Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items that arrive with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
