If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of delivery damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt regarding items with delivery damage, defective products, or items different from your order. Please note that for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
