○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for an estimated delivery time in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances where shipping damage occurs to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty claims must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
