HPS High Temp 4-Ply Reinforced Silicone Air Intake Hose Kit (Part No. 57-1585) is an upgrade product that replaces the stock rubber air intake hose.
It achieves a measured gain of +6.2 horsepower and +7.3 ft-lbs of torque along with improved throttle response, without the need for ECU re-tuning.
Furthermore, it is effective in reducing heat soak while utilizing the high-efficiency design of the factory air box. No modifications are required for installation, and it will not trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light).
This product is also an ideal item for preventing rough idling caused by cracks, deformation, or vacuum leaks in the original rubber hose due to aging.
