If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. ○ Regarding Compatibility with Japanese Vehicle Inspections

Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of delivery damage to packaging or products. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products that have arrived damaged, are defective, or differ from your order.
