〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products handled by us are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private land, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
