At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM vehicles), so please check whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM vehicle) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and please use and install them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "through our company." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
