○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength study documents or similar for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from your order, we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, please note that we will handle warranty-related issues "only through our company." Please be aware that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
