○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide structural review documents or similar paperwork for this system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or agents located in Japan.
