○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. An estimate for shipping costs is calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. All products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength examination reports for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your products. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, we will handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us."
