〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At Shaft-ya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM); please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility beforehand.
Even if products are filtered by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the estimated delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air. We do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
