In a race car, you can make all sorts of modifications to make the car go faster or handle better, but if your body is sliding around, it's not very much fun.
FDF Race Shop's seat mounts are designed with easy adjustment and seating position in mind. With side-mount seats, you can lower the seat to the floor and tilt it back by up to 15 degrees. Move the seat forward or backward by more than 8 inches to find the perfect position for drivers of any size.
Machined from 6061-T6 bases and formed from 3/16 steel side mounts, weight/functionality and strength were the top priorities.
The mounts include everything needed to install one seat on either the driver's side or the passenger's side.
Disclaimer* - If the width of the seat base is wider than 17.125 inches, the brackets must be flipped to mount them (usually XL seats), and the 6-point harness option will not fit until modified. A design for wider seats is being tested. The date of this disclaimer is 2022-04-01

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the model year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System" at all, and we are unable to provide strength verification documents for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately when the product arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may be damaged during delivery. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through us." Please understand that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
