BMW's dual VANOS system allows for independent control of intake and exhaust camshaft timing, optimizing engine performance across a wide RPM range by adjusting valve timing based on driving conditions. This results in improved power delivery at low RPMs, better fuel economy, and smoother idling compared to standard fixed valve timing systems. While the VANOS system is beneficial for street cars, it acts as a constraint for racers looking to use camshafts with very long durations to achieve peak performance at high RPMs.
Part of Fall Line's E46 M3 / E85 Z4M racing program, this VANOS block-off plate allows racers to delete the S54 dual VANOS system and fully adjust cam timing, enabling them to extract maximum high-RPM performance without concern for low-end performance.

We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not designed to meet "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related issues will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not facilitate correspondence through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
