〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Fitment
All product databases are primarily based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the item can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit the Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of payment. Regarding shipping estimates, they will be automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please note that all products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Also, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
