Remove that overworked factory intercooler from your 2004-2007 WRX or STI and purchase the Cobb Tuning Front Mount Intercooler Kit today.
This kit features a massive 30" x 10.35" x 3.5" bar and plate core and 2.5" (63.5mm) piping, capable of supporting over 800 whp. The intercooler core is finished with a black heat-dissipating coating. The piping is mandrel-bent aluminum and finished in a wrinkle black powder coat to keep your engine bay looking clean. The included bypass valve adapter plate allows you to install the factory bypass valve, the Cobb Tuning XLE bypass valve, or any valve that features a factory-style fitment.
The cold-side piping features an integrated bung for an intake air temperature sensor, allowing for a direct speed density conversion. The Cobb Tuning Front Mount Intercooler is designed to work in conjunction with the Cobb Tuning SF Intake Airbox, although the SF Intake Airbox must be trimmed using the provided template. Compatibility with other intake kits cannot be confirmed.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we carry are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) system" in any way, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items that arrive with shipping damage, are defective, or are different from what was ordered, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies located within Japan.
