2015-2019 Volkswagen Golf R and 2015-2020 Audi S3 Coolant Hose Reroute Kit (by Cobb Tuning)
The Cobb Tuning Coolant Hose Reroute Kit consists of a custom-formed 3-ply silicone hose that reroutes coolant underneath the vehicle's intake duct. Two included clamps ensure a uniform, leak-free installation. A bespoke integrated check valve prevents coolant backflow from the turbocharger, and there is no need to remove the factory check valve prior to installation.
The factory hose running from the upper radiator hose bypass fitting to the metal return line on the expansion tank passes over the top of the intake scoop. This can be unsightly and may interfere with the installation of aftermarket intake systems.
The Cobb Tuning Coolant Reroute Kit for supported MQB vehicles utilizes an alternative route under the intake, resulting in a more visually appealing and clean installation.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength inspection reports for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Please note that for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please be aware that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
