〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of importation on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Compatibility Verification
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market models without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing phrasing, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspections (Shaken)
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certifications for this system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on circuits, private property, or off-road, and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may sustain shipping damage. We will only accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not facilitate support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
