The GTC-500 carbon fiber adjustable wing, with a total length of 71 inches, is the largest wing available in the APR catalog. With its optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is ideal for high-speed driving. All GTC series wings feature an aerodynamically designed airfoil shape to achieve an optimal balance of downforce. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed on this wing to support the verification of its aerodynamic design, enabling a reduction in air drag.
Each GTC series airfoil is constructed from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils contain pre-preg carbon fiber weave sheets for superior strength and weight reduction. All CFRP airfoils are manufactured using pre-preg composite production processes (including high-temperature autoclaves and vacuum bagging) in high-quality aluminum billet molds.
Supporting the wing are 10 mm "aircraft-grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat finish.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare instances where the automatically calculated shipping amount differs significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
