○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipments within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not designed to meet "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certifications for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will only accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements for products that arrive damaged, are defective, or differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
