Developed and extensively tested in Australia’s harshest conditions, these large-bore, position-sensitive bypass shock absorbers with remote reservoirs are designed to be installed without vehicle modifications. They combine a comfortable ride around town with exceptional end-zone damping for superior chassis control and handling when off-roading. Damping performance is fully adjustable for both rebound and compression, allowing you to significantly transform your vehicle's ride and custom-tune it to suit specific conditions or vehicle setups. The body, reservoir, and components are all crafted from 6061 T6 aluminum, with a Type 3 40-micron hard-anodized finish for superior heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and protection against stone damage. Fully designed, developed, and tested by ARB's Old Man Emu ride control engineering team, all BP-51 shock absorbers are manufactured in-house by ARB.
