The ARB BASE Rack mounting kit for the Land Cruiser 250 utilizes a proven mounting method to secure the roof rack as close to the vehicle's roof as possible. It includes a wind deflector and does not interfere with the factory-installed rear antenna. The blade brackets, designed specifically for the BASE Rack, are compatible with either the 61" x 51" (P/N 1770020) BASE Rack or the 30" x 51" (P/N 1770180) modular BASE Rack. By incorporating dovetail extrusions along each edge of the perimeter and internal beams, the BASE Rack offers endless mounting and securing options. Adding, removing, and repositioning accessories and roof loads is quick and easy, allowing for individual removal without disturbing the entire load. Furthermore, unlike traditional roof rack channels, the BASE Rack's dovetail extrusions do not collect dust or debris. Various BASE Rack accessories and fixtures can be attached using simple clamp mounts, accommodating large equipment such as hi-lift jack mounts, rollers, recovery boards, and even the dedicated BASE Rack light bar.
