AEM RTD Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Kit

AEM's RTD-type temperature sensor (PN 30-2052) features a variety of characteristics that deliver consistent measurement performance and long service life. This AEM EGT sensor utilizes a closed-tip design that lasts longer than traditional exposed-tip types, and features a smaller sensor tip for reduced intrusion and resistance. An Inconel tube protects the wiring, which is terminated with a high-quality DTM-style 2-pin connector. The sensor reads in a temperature range of -40 to 1,560°F (-40 to approx. 850°C) and achieves high accuracy thanks to a thin-film platinum element (±0.9% in the 536 to 1,560°F (approx. 280 to approx. 850°C) range). The RTD-type sensor features a 90-degree bend at the tip for easy installation in tight spaces, and includes a weld-on bung with M14x1.5 threading.

At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
As our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether parts can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air. We do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength study reports or similar documentation for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
