AEM 92-01 Honda Prelude Si VTEC/Base & SH Silver V2 Intake

The AEM 24-6005C Dual Chamber Air Intake System features a patented dual-chamber design for select Honda Prelude models, engineered to deliver maximum horsepower and torque gains. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by this AEM dual chamber air intake system. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for excellent airflow, filtration, and performance. The engine sound also transforms into a richer, more aggressive resonance when you step on the gas, allowing you to both feel and hear the horsepower gains. The intake tube is mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish. This air intake system is developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including engine breather hoses and water bypass hoses. The conical AEM Dryflow air filter is made from oil-free synthetic filtration media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles without cleaning, depending on driving conditions. This air intake system comes with an AEM Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50-state legal. Since our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not parts can be installed on Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. A shipping cost estimate is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
