○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery date in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide structural strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for the purpose of the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement items only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
