○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you need your items urgently, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items received. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not facilitate warranty claims through other third-party companies or distributors located in Japan.
