*Note: Current orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may take 3–4 weeks to fulfill. If you order a light package, the lights may ship separately from your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once the Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped along with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order. Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles, so please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese (JDM) vehicle before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct, modification-free fit for Japanese model vehicles.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, support regarding warranties will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
