〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
All product databases are based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength analysis reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. We only offer returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for such matters.
