*Note: Current lead times for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may be 3–4 weeks. If ordering a light package, the lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate as they become available. If Baja Designs inventory is low, the lights will ship along with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate order. Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks depending on inventory availability. During this period, all light orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page tabs, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese delivery, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm lead times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or products during transit. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items only if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
