Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Differential (Set 15 / 19×20 Teeth)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears manufactured from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined, and heat-treated for high strength to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust the final drive ratio to suit circuit layouts, tire diameters, and other factors.
With a quick-change setup, you can achieve two different gear ratios (High / Low) using a single gear set by swapping the positions of the upper and lower gears as shown in the photo below.
The final drive ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gears in your quick-change differential unit, so please verify in advance whether your differential has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the most common ring and pinion set.)

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so there are no additional costs beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm before ordering whether the product is compatible with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM). (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs of our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. Shipping by sea is not available.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation for the purpose of these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged products, defective items, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agents located within Japan.
