〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on our end, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Compatibility Verification
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please verify compatibility with your Japanese specification vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email individually.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. No shipments are made via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defects, or items that differ from your order, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
