This means using only the finest ultra-clean chrome silicon high-tensile steel alloys, and performing multi-stage heat treatment and shot-peening to ensure extreme fatigue life and limit load loss.
Manley Titanium Retainers:
Manley titanium retainers are manufactured to strict tolerances on the finest dual-spindle CNC machines to achieve a jewel-like finish. We use certified, heavy-duty, heat-treated aerospace-grade titanium bar stock.
Retainer angles are held within 6' (minutes)—which is one-tenth of a degree—and installed heights are held within 0.005 inches.
Titanium retainers are a must for high-RPM engines. Their reduced mass allows tuners to rev to higher engine speeds, avoiding dangerous valve float without sacrificing reliability.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purposes of Japanese vehicle inspection. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging box or product. We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with delivery damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
